On January 1, 2021, company management implemented Integrated Management System according to the international standards EN ISO 9001 – Quality Management System, EN ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System and ISO/IEC 27001 – Information Security Management System. During 2021, we expanded the Integrated Management System with a Service Management System according to ISO/IEC 20000-1.
Introduction of an Integrated Management System is a strategic decision for the company, which will contribute to improving performance of the company and provide a solid basis for its sustainable development.
The aim of the Integrated Management System is to combine all related aspects of management into one system for easier management, evaluation and operation.
Management of the company expects from a functioning Integrated Management System systematic control of environmental behavior, information security management, service management and measurable increase in quality of products, services, productivity of all employees.
For a long time SFÉRA, a.s., uses evaluation process of external services providers. Providers are evaluated in terms of meeting requirements of the company and based on evaluation criteria.
External providers of goods and services are divided into categories:
Value of individual criteria depends on the group to which it applies (only the same groups can be compared).
Each of above-mentioned criteria is evaluated by the following grades:
4 - Full sufficiency, fulfillment beyond the requirements
3 - Compliance with requirements and expectations
2 - Minor deficiencies in providing services or implementation
1 - Inability to meet the requirements, incompliance with requirements
12 to 16 - Sufficient - Continuation of contractual relationship
7 to 11 - Sufficient with objections - External provider will be notified of mistakes and will be asked to make corrections
Less than 6 - Insufficient - External provider may be excluded from the list of external providers of SFÉRA, a.s.
